Job Description
OMD EMEA is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Science, based in London. This role involves driving the effectiveness of media strategies through data-driven insights and innovative measurement methods. The Senior Manager will work across the media lifecycle, from marketing strategy to data collection and insights reviews.

Role Involves:
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of marketing objectives.
  • Consulting on Learning Agendas and Measurement Frameworks.
  • Informing ideal campaign setup.
  • Maintaining relationships with publishers.
  • Maintaining and developing data pipelines and reporting tools.
  • Conducting research and leading Advanced Analytics projects.
  • Translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Building and maintaining proactive relationships across teams.
  • Project management and process building.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a media, analytics, or similar environment.
  • Expertise in SQL and working with databases.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming language.
  • Experience with statistical methods and experimental design.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Familiarity with underlying concepts of ad-serving and web analytics tools.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Familiarity with database design and underlying technologies.
  • Experience with digital ad effectiveness analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau and PowerBI.

What Role Offers:
  • Hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely).
  • Flexible working hours around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30.
