Job Description
OMD EMEA is seeking a Director of Planning to work on one of the agency's newest skincare clients. The Director will lead a newly formed team, driving best-in-class planning campaigns across markets. This role involves championing planning within the agency, acting as an architect of OMD Design, and bridging various workstreams. The role involves:
  • Contributing to annual budgeting and consumer insights-driven planning.
  • Upholding the use of Omnicom's platform (omni) and tools.
  • Collaborating with local markets and the digital activation hub.
  • Developing strong relationships with regional and local client teams.
  • Applying client and campaign data to inform strategy-led insights.
  • Integrating disciplines to deliver holistic, full-funnel plans.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Deep knowledge of cross-channel planning, ideally with FMCG experience.
  • Ability to guide local markets on decisions to ensure activation plans align with regional direction.
  • Experience in upskilling clients and local countries on media planning.
  • Proactive and problem-solving skills.
