Job Description
Annalect is seeking a Data Operations Manager to join their team in London. The Manager will be responsible for data governance and QA, issue triaging, and supporting the director in ensuring media investment data is compliant and accurate. This role involves collaborating with internal and global teams to resolve issues and improve data processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media advertising and experience in data operations, reporting, or business intelligence. They should possess excellent communication skills, a logical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize tasks and establish credible relationships with stakeholders.
Role Involves:
- Managing and improving existing data governance processes
- Automating and integrating compliance with local markets
- Building, maintaining, and developing the platform according to client specifications
- Leading the integration of local and global business logic into templates
- Ensuring a high level of data governance and accuracy across all markets
- Producing recommendations based on findings
- Collaborating with wider MI & R and client teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data operations, reporting, or a related business intelligence practice
- Ideally have a media/ digital advertising background
- Experience of working on data governance and/ or QA processes
- Clear communicator in English: verbal and written
- Strong functional understanding of data and data infrastructure
- Strong coordination and operational skills
- Curious / investigative nature
- Highly organized and able to manage their own time
- Practical experience with one or more of Tableau, Power BI, MCI (Datorama), Alteryx beneficial but not essential
