Job Description

Omnicom Media Group is seeking an experienced and collaborative People Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is within the Global Investment team, which focuses on driving value creation and delivering commitments to a growing client base. The People Partner will support departments and teams, providing an end-to-end people service and outstanding employee experience.

The role involves working three days a week in the London office and offers a hybrid working model. The People Partner will report to the CEO and be a key member of the leadership and management teams, ensuring the people agenda supports business and people objectives.

Role Involves:

  • Providing HR Business Partnering service to management.
  • Addressing people challenges and using key people analytics.
  • Managing and deploying HR projects.
  • Building management capability through coaching.
  • Creating solutions to people issues.
  • Using data and metrics to increase employee engagement.
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leading on HR legal and employee relations matters.
  • Planning and implementing HR initiatives.
  • Supporting Learning and Development activities.
  • Championing DEIB initiatives.
  • Coaching and mentoring the team.

Requirements:

  • Experienced generalist HR Business Partner, ideally CIPD level 7.
  • Proven background in improving employee experience.
  • High-quality communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with PPT presentations and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Successfactors) and SharePoint.
  • Experience of leading through change.
