Job Description
Annalect, the data, technology, and analytics division of Omnicom, is seeking a Business Director to join their team in London. This role focuses on driving the adoption of Omnicom's data platform, Omni, among OMG UK clients and their agency teams. The Business Director will provide strategic consultation, drive thought leadership, and support Annalect's growth and platform monetization.

Role Involves:
  • Delivering strategic consultation to agency client teams.
  • Driving thought leadership leveraging Annalect data and technology.
  • Supporting Annalect growth & platform monetisation.
  • Taking a leading role in pitching with the platform.
  • Assisting in driving product road mapping, product evolution, and innovation.
  • Setting training and L&D agenda for agencies.
  • Keeping pace with new product feature development.
  • Participating in ideation sessions for customization and future innovation.

Requirements:
  • Understanding of Enterprise SaaS, marketing technology, behavioural data, audience creation techniques, media strategy, media investment, digital media, dynamic creative, campaign measurement, product design.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology.
  • Ability to problem solve and exercise independent decision making.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex ideas to various audiences.
  • Experience at a media agency, platform, publisher, martech, Marketing SaaS or in a quantitative, data-driven field.
  • Experience of working in client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
