Cobblestone Energy is looking for a Senior Gas Trader to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The position is full-time and permanent, offering visa sponsorship and relocation assistance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding models, developing new trading strategies, and managing the portfolio across the curve.

The Senior Gas Trader will have the opportunity to trade both physical and financial products.

Role Involves:

• Executing trades across major EU gas markets.
• Optimising storage, transportation, and capacity portfolios.
• Developing data-driven trading strategies.
• Conducting market analysis.
• Managing risk and compliance.
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the gas trading desk.
• Collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in European natural gas trading.
• In-depth understanding of gas fundamentals, logistics, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to optimise complex portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative tools and programming.
• A robust network within the natural gas industry.
