Job Description
Omnicom Media Group is seeking an eCommerce Senior Manager to join their eCommerce DTC team. The ideal candidate will provide eCommerce expertise to Direct to Consumer clients, focusing on enhancing the shopper journey and improving discoverability and conversion rates on brand.com websites. This role involves strategic recommendations, hands-on experience with paid search & social, and strong data analysis skills.Role responsibilities include:
  • Project managing DTC site performance audits spanning GA4/AA, UX, heuristics and taxonomy
  • Leading product feed audits and optimisation to improve paid search and social Shopping campaign performance
  • Providing forecasts and operational recommendations for brand’s DTC setups and retail channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop
Requirements:
  • Track record of providing strategic eCommerce recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with paid search & social
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Desire to learn
