PHD EMEA is seeking an Associate Director of Planning to lead comms planning for a large FMCG/CPG company across the EMEA region. This role involves creating compelling annual media plans, strategic campaign plans, and planning frameworks for media teams. The Associate Director will collaborate with local agency media teams and digital buyers to ensure integrated plans align with KPIs. They will contribute to brand marketing strategies, focusing on full-funnel connections to eCommerce sites.

- Ability to dig into the "whys" behind the answer "no".
- Comfort in discussing the role of different channels and formats.
