Job Description
PHD, a growth-focused media agency, is seeking an Optimisation Manager to join their international team in London. The Optimisation Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day campaign optimisations, delivering on objectives and KPIs, and supporting the client relationship team with campaign insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in Paid Search/Social or Programmatic activity and be confident in managing campaign budgets and ensuring quality assurance.Responsibilities:
  • Manage communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide optimisation solutions for brands across digital media channels.
  • Create and maintain a framework for cross-market campaign learnings.
  • Produce and present scheduled reporting requirements.
  • Support the innovation agenda.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns towards agreed KPIs and goals.
  • Conduct analysis of campaign results to identify trends and insights.
  • Assist junior team members with campaign activation and optimisation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Paid Search/Social or Programmatic planning and/or activation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with a passion for learning.
