Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Principal Customer Success Architect to join their Privacy & Data Governance Cloud team. This role involves serving as a strategic advisor to OneTrust customers, ensuring their success and value realization within the Privacy/GRC/Compliance product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess significant industry experience and technical expertise in privacy management.

Role Involves:
  • Establishing trusted advisor status with senior leaders.
  • Developing strategic application and architectural design documents.
  • Leading strategic workshops and providing solution recommendations.
  • Delivering thought leadership through presentations and webinars.
  • Providing strategic subject matter expertise and pre-sales support.
  • Collaborating with external teams to align roadmaps.
  • Translating strategic needs into OneTrust technology solutions.
  • Identifying and analyzing strategic issues and recommending actions.
  • Presenting to implementation teams and C-level executives.
  • Advocating for customers by providing insights to the Product organization.
  • Refining internal processes based on customer feedback.
  • Managing multiple strategic engagements simultaneously.
  • Engaging with customers to build long-term relationships.
  • Mentoring team members and customers.
  • Establishing feedback loops to improve OneTrust products and services.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS in a related subject is required.
  • 8+ years in software consulting or related experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Privacy role.
  • Demonstrated success working with enterprise customers on technical products.
  • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions.
  • Practical experience in troubleshooting software and web services.
  • Experience in using software for reporting and task management such as Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in products and ability to learn the entire product suite.
  • Ability to handle customer escalations.
  • Independent and a team player.
