Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Support Analyst to join their professional services team in Madrid. The Support Analyst will provide ongoing product support and troubleshooting for complex customer issues. This role requires excellent communication skills and advanced troubleshooting skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Role Involves:
  • Taking support cases from Level 2 or 3 support queue
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Managing a varied workload of customer support cases
  • Collaborating with product teams to identify root causes and provide solutions
  • Developing and maintaining deep knowledge of the OneTrust platform
  • Building privacy industry expertise
  • Contributing to the OneTrust support community

Requirements:
  • Degree, higher education qualification or 1-5 years' work experience in a similar role
  • Relevant technical skills in mobile app development, HTML, CSS, Javascript, APIs/integrations
  • Experience in a support type role
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with and troubleshoot complex, web-based software suites
