Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Principal Business Value Engineer to develop and champion their Value Engineering practice. This role involves shaping a growing organization and solidifying OneTrust's position as a strategic backbone. The Principal Business Value Engineer will report to the Director, Solution Engineering Hub and align as a business partner to the AMER SE leadership.
Role involves:
- Building a scalable Value Engineering practice.
- Developing best practice assets, tools, and methodologies.
- Executing in a scalable and replicable way.
- Co-leading value-based activities in the sales cycle.
- Collaborating with Solution Engineering, Sales, Customer Success & Marketing.
- Identifying, streamlining, and rolling out value selling best practices globally.
- Providing strategic expertise and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent executive presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated skills in design and facilitation of executive-level workshops.
