Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Principal Business Value Engineer to develop and champion their Value Engineering practice. This role involves shaping a growing organization and solidifying OneTrust's position as a strategic backbone. The Principal Business Value Engineer will report to the Director, Solution Engineering Hub and align as a business partner to the AMER SE leadership.

Role involves:
  • Building a scalable Value Engineering practice.
  • Developing best practice assets, tools, and methodologies.
  • Executing in a scalable and replicable way.
  • Co-leading value-based activities in the sales cycle.
  • Collaborating with Solution Engineering, Sales, Customer Success & Marketing.
  • Identifying, streamlining, and rolling out value selling best practices globally.
  • Providing strategic expertise and thought leadership.

Requirements:
  • Master’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent executive presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in design and facilitation of executive-level workshops.
