OneTrust is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead the North America team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role involves shaping the region’s pipeline strategy and driving top-of-funnel success. The Senior Manager will partner with the Head of North America Sales to define and execute growth initiatives, develop talent, and create a culture of excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of BDR and SDR managers.
- Partner with the Head of North America Sales to align strategy and optimize processes.
- Develop and execute a sales development strategy to drive high-quality pipeline generation.
- Foster a high-energy, results-driven culture.
- Use data-driven insights to measure success and refine tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations.
Requirements: - Experience managing second-line teams in business development or sales.
- A track record of building and scaling high-performing BDR/SDR teams.
- Experience in tech sales, with a deep understanding of the SaaS or enterprise technology landscape.
