Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a Senior Manager, Onboarding & Operations to lead and optimize its Global Go to Market (GTM) onboarding programs and enablement operations. This role involves overseeing an international onboarding team, content development, and enablement planning, while collaborating with the corporate onboarding team to ensure a seamless and effective new hire experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, highly detail-oriented, and passionate about using AI and innovation to continuously enhance onboarding and ramping programs.

The role involves:
  • Owning and driving the onboarding strategy from Day 0 to full ramp by segment.
  • Leading a global onboarding team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management.
  • Overseeing the content development and enablement planning teams.
  • Developing data-driven onboarding programs, leveraging best practices in adult learning.
  • Implementing AI-driven and innovative learning experiences.
  • Continuously iterating on onboarding content and processes.
  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure ramp time, knowledge retention, and productivity.
  • Partnering closely with sales leaders, enablement teams, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of enablement technologies, LMS platforms, and AI-powered learning tools.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or onboarding within a high-growth tech company.
  • Experience in building, scaling, and improving onboarding programs with measurable impact.
  • Skilled in adult learning principles, instructional design, and sales enablement best practices.
  • Proficient in leading global teams and managing cross-functional enablement initiatives.
  • Hands-on with LMS platforms, AI-driven learning tools, and content creation technologies.
  • Analytical, with the ability to optimize onboarding strategies based on performance data and KPIs.
  • Operationally minded, with experience in content strategy, enablement planning, and process efficiency.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives and driving execution at scale.
