Job Description
Vaco is seeking a Senior Associate, Financial Recruiting to identify, screen, and manage candidates and consultants for contract and direct-hire positions. This role involves working with the sales team to fulfill open job orders and managing candidates throughout the hiring process. The Senior Associate will collaborate with business stakeholders to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.
Role Involves:
- Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent.
- Update and utilize a candidate skills matrix.
- Perform weekly interviews.
- Generate leads via professional relationships.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log activity and information.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 0 – 18 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience highly preferred.
- CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus.
- Previous experience in recruiting or business development a plus.
