Job Description
Vaco is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate sales and increase revenue. The Business Development Manager will establish and develop client relationships and work with recruiters to fulfill job orders. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively.

Role Involves:
  • Establishing and maintaining target lists and developing client relationships.
  • Conducting prospecting activities through various channels.
  • Generating new job orders weekly.
  • Managing new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Utilizing Bullhorn to log all activity and information.
  • Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 to 3 years technology sales or staffing experience required.
  • Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.

Vaco offers:
