Job Description
Vaco is seeking a Business Development Manager in Columbus, Ohio, to sell strategic IT solutions and staffing projects. The Business Development Manager will work with high-caliber Recruiters to fulfill exciting project and direct-hire positions in information technology. This role involves prospecting, conducting client visits, developing a target account list, and managing job orders.

Requirements for the role include a Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 to 7 years’ technology sales and/or staffing experience, active membership in technology networking groups, and working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Experience with Bullhorn is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
