Responsibilities: - Leverage the Vaco brand to place top-quality professionals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Establish a network of passive candidates within the Technology industries.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for open roles.
- Provide qualified candidates to fill job orders.
Requirements: - A minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Technology.
- 1-5 years of IT and/or B2B sales experience or previous recruiting experience is preferred.
- Ability to sell and develop business through relationship building.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- A positive attitude, motivation, and a competitive edge.
- An energetic, positive, and persistent self-starter.
