Job Description

• Leverage the Vaco brand to place top-quality professionals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Establish a network of passive candidates within the Technology industries.
• Build a pipeline of candidates for open roles.
• Provide qualified candidates to fill job orders.

Requirements:

• A minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Technology.
• 1-5 years of IT and/or B2B sales experience or previous recruiting experience is preferred.
• Ability to sell and develop business through relationship building.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• A positive attitude, motivation, and a competitive edge.
• An energetic, positive, and persistent self-starter.
