IT Recruiter (Tunisia)

Job Description

Vaco is seeking an IT Recruiter to join their team in Tunisia. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and assisting with onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-motivated, and energetic team player with a passion for technology and a desire to help others find their dream jobs.

• Leverage the power of the strongest brand in the finance, accounting and technology staffing and recruitment industry
• Full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting to hiring managers, negotiating offers and assisting with onboarding
• Establish a network of passive candidates within the Technology industries including cold-calling and sourcing through social media
• Establish a pipeline of candidates for open roles with regular communication
• Provide qualified candidates in a timely manner to fill job orders from the Client Services team

• A minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Technology
• 1-5 years of IT and/or B2B sales experience or previous recruiting experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to sell and develop business through relationship building
• Strong time management and organization skills are needed to meet daily and weekly metrics
• An energetic, positive and persistent self-starter who thrives on maintaining high levels of phone activity and seeing those efforts rewarded
