Job Description
Vaco, an uncommon company with an empowered culture, is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Dallas, Texas. Vaco has expanded to more than 40 locations since 2002 and continues to grow. The Technology Recruiter will network and build relationships with job seekers and work with Business Development Managers to fill IT positions.
The role involves:
- Identifying, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Fostering relationships with IT professionals.
- Reviewing technical job requirements and skills.
- Reformatting and presenting resumes.
- Developing candidate qualification strategies.
- Negotiating pay rates.
- Meeting with candidates in person or virtually.
- Collaborating with the sales team.
- Marketing in-demand skill sets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1-3 years’ technology recruiting experience.
- 3+ years’ IT recruitment experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
- Active member of the IT community and/or networking groups.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Bullhorn preferred.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines.
- Organized, detailed, and results-driven.
