What this role involves:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
- Collaborating with hiring leaders to formulate talent acquisition strategies.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilizing various sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive top-talent.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Gathering feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve Forter’s recruitment process.
Requirements:
- 6 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience from a global tech organization.
- Experience in conducting active sourcing on various search platforms.
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to inspire, communicate effectively, and build relationships.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in using Greenhouse ATS or a similar system.
