The ideal candidate will have a proven history of success in recruiting for rapidly growing companies and will be capable of working both independently and as part of a global team. What this role involves:
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
  • Collaborating with hiring leaders to formulate talent acquisition strategies.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilizing various sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive top-talent.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Gathering feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve Forter’s recruitment process.

Requirements:
  • 6 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience.
  • Experience from a global tech organization.
  • Experience in conducting active sourcing on various search platforms.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Ability to inspire, communicate effectively, and build relationships.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Greenhouse ATS or a similar system.
