Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff – Lead Architect to join their team in Bangalore, India. This role offers the opportunity to lead with innovative thinking and contribute to reshaping the data storage industry. The Lead Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing automated development frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable observability infrastructure. They will own and deliver innovation end-to-end, from concept to shipped product, and analyze and solve challenging problems. The ideal candidate will mentor and develop engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.
What this role involves:

Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience using Python, Go, C, C++, or related programming languages.
- Deep understanding and technical leadership experience in scaling infrastructure.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A BS degree in Computer Science.
