Organizational Change Management Lead

Pure Storage is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join their Digital Transformation Group (DTG). The OCM Lead will be responsible for designing and delivering change strategies aligned with Pure's OCM framework and the Project Lifecycle Process (PLP). This role involves partnering with project managers, sponsors, and subject matter experts to ensure users are informed, equipped, and engaged throughout the change journey. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and possess deep experience in large-scale digital transformation.Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change strategies.
• Support a global digital commerce transformation.
• Align change strategies to the Project Lifecycle Process (PLP).
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Create and execute end-to-end OCM plans.
• Facilitate working sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Serve as an OCM coach and advisor.
• Collaborate across DTG and functional partners.
• Lead the creation of clear, compelling messaging and communication plans.
• Define and track success metrics.
• Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance.
• Contribute to the evolution of OCM delivery tools and methods.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prosci Change Management Certification (or equivalent).
• Proven success supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation.
• Experience contributing to structured OCM frameworks.
• Experience leading OCM in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect impact, behavior, and outcomes.
• Comfort operating in complex, fast-paced environments.
