Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead technical and outbound product management for its Hyperscale solutions. This role involves engaging with hyperscale and large enterprise clients, developing technical content, and validating workload requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in compute, storage, network, and data center architecture, along with experience in scale-out storage software. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and driving product success.
What this role involves:
- Engaging with hyperscale and large enterprise engineers and leadership.
- Developing high-quality technical content and best practices.
- Acting as a technical expert and advocate for Pure Storage's product lines.
- Benchmarking and validating build requirements for scale-out storage software.
- Specifying technical requirements and prioritization to inbound PM and Engineers.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, product management, or related fields.
- Experience with cloud technology architecture and service offerings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
