Associate Systems Engineer, Centre of Excellence (Prague)

Pure Storage is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to support the SE organization and drive customer adoption. The role involves assisting internal teams, collecting data, and working with sizing tools to provide product performance solutions. The Associate Systems Engineer will also assist with solution designs, demonstrations, and technical questions, working cross-functionally with various departments to optimize customer engagement.

What this role involves:

• Assisting internal teams with configuration validation.
• Collecting data for sales plays and lifecycle management programs.
• Providing customers with product performance solutions.
• Assisting with solution designs and demonstrations.
• Driving technical account management.

Requirements:

• BS in CS, EE, or a related technical degree.
• Fluency in English and ideally B2 level or higher in Spanish, German, French, or Arabic.
• 1-2 years of experience in the technology industry.
• Strong phone presence and customer interaction skills.
• Knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures preferred.
