Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Japan Alliance Director to lead the Microsoft Japan partnership and support other strategic alliances. This role involves building strong relationships, driving business development, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a trusted resource for partner and customer-facing opportunities, aligning with Pure's global alliance strategy.
Role Involves:
- Leading the Microsoft Alliance in Japan.
- Developing strategic partnerships with Nutanix, Cisco, and Veeam.
- Managing alliance business and reporting on revenue KPIs.
- Interlocking with cross-company stakeholders.
- Developing strategies to capitalize on local trends.
- Acting as the Microsoft Japan Alliance spokesperson.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years of experience achieving revenue targets with alliances.
- Strong relationships with Microsoft Japan.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft’s products and operations in Japan.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Technical fluency in Japanese and English.
- Must be located in Japan.
