Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Executives focused on the SLED market. This role is based in Chicago, Illinois, and requires the candidate to work primarily in the office. The Manager will report to the Director of Corporate Sales and will be responsible for driving new revenue from potential and existing customers. They will need to develop a high-performance sales team, execute customer engagement strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Role Involves:
  • Developing a high-performance sales team
  • Designing and executing customer engagement strategies
  • Interviewing and hiring top talent
  • Working with cross-functional departments
  • Managing day-to-day performance of ISR’s
  • Maintaining reporting and dashboards

Requirements:
  • At least two years as an inside sales rep
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front-line inside sales management
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales and performance targets
  • Experience in smart selection of people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Bachelor degree in business or finance (completed or in process MBA preferred)
