Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Partner Account Manager to join their Sales team in Indonesia. This role focuses on developing and managing business relationships with Reseller and Distributor partners. The Partner Account Manager will collaborate with various teams to promote Pure's products and drive revenue through partners.
Role involves:
  • Creating strategies to maximize sell-through of Pure products within Channel.
  • Managing and being the main point of contact for existing partners.
  • Driving partners to maximize sales through best practices, training, and support.
  • Managing sales orders and providing status updates.
  • Learning about new products and improving selling skills.
  • Communicating new product offerings to partners.
  • Working with marketing to drive programs and events.
  • Staying informed about competition and products.
  • Attending sales meetings, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Conducting contract negotiations and executing partner sales plans.
Requirements:
  • Experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels in Indonesia.
  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or software engineering.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and manage a territory for maximum revenue.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
  • Passion for post-sales customer success.
  • Knowledge of the storage industry.
  • Competitive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Native/Bilingual Bahasa Indonesian and professional English proficiency.
