Pure Storage is seeking a Sales Operations Strategy Manager to support their System Engineering organization. This role is a hybrid position involving sales operations, business analysis, reporting, analysis, and project management. The Sales Operations Strategy Manager will act as the primary support for SEs, working in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Improve efficiency and automation for System Engineers.
- Support sales leaders with insights and project management.
- Establish reporting and analytics to measure success.
- Develop business requirements for new features.
- Foster new strategies for SE Leadership.
- Plan and execute compensation plans and quota setting.
- Design communication and training strategies for process changes.
- Partner with IT for development testing.
- Create knowledge base articles.
- Manage communication channels for the SE Organization.
Requirements: - 4-5+ years of sales operations, business operations, or management consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Reporting.
- Experience with JIRA, Anaplan, & Netsuite is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Track record with process ideation and implementation.
