Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Sales Operations Strategy Manager to support their System Engineering organization. This role is a hybrid position involving sales operations, business analysis, reporting, analysis, and project management. The Sales Operations Strategy Manager will act as the primary support for SEs, working in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Improve efficiency and automation for System Engineers.
  • Support sales leaders with insights and project management.
  • Establish reporting and analytics to measure success.
  • Develop business requirements for new features.
  • Foster new strategies for SE Leadership.
  • Plan and execute compensation plans and quota setting.
  • Design communication and training strategies for process changes.
  • Partner with IT for development testing.
  • Create knowledge base articles.
  • Manage communication channels for the SE Organization.

Requirements:
  • 4-5+ years of sales operations, business operations, or management consulting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Reporting.
  • Experience with JIRA, Anaplan, & Netsuite is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Track record with process ideation and implementation.
