Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Worldwide Sales Enablement to support sales account executives. This role involves collaborating with WW sales leadership to develop and implement enablement programs, create and deliver sales training, and monitor program effectiveness. The Senior Program Manager will also design continuous learning strategies, conduct skills gap analyses, and optimize the utilization of sales tools.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with WW sales leadership to develop enablement programs.
- Creating and delivering ongoing sales training.
- Developing targeted sales enablement programs with cross-functional teams.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of sales training.
- Designing and implementing continuous learning strategies.
- Conducting skills gap analyses.
- Implementing and optimizing sales tools.
- Providing coaching and support to sales teams.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales enablement.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Leadership experience within sales enablement.
- Success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and delivering sales training programs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
