Pure Storage is seeking a Technical Value Management Director to align its technical capabilities with customer business objectives. This role involves collaborating with Account SEs to elevate technical conversations and demonstrate the advantages of Pure's solutions. The candidate will analyze customer environments, identify improvements, and build value propositions that highlight measurable benefits. He will empower SEs with tools and narratives to advocate for Pure’s technology and ensure customer success.Role involves:- Leading a multi-disciplined technical team in client engagements.
- Completing rapid assessments to quantify pain points and requirements.
- Developing current and future state architectures with customer sign-off.
- Creating implementation plans in conjunction with the CX organization.
- Collaborating with Account SEs to align technical insights with customer objectives.
- Evaluating customer infrastructure and operational practices.
- Articulating the technical and financial benefits of Pure Storage solutions.
- Providing actionable insights and data-driven metrics.
- 10+ years of experience in value-based technical sales.
- Proven track record of working at CxO level.
- Expertise in consulting-led client engagements with Fortune 500 companies.
- Knowledge of application environments, database management, networking infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in defining operating and business metrics.
- Strong understanding of storage, cloud, database, AI, and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex technical environments and translate findings into business value propositions.
