Pure Storage is seeking a Service Account Manager to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. Responsibilities:
- Communicating service updates and recommendations.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for service activities.
- Providing monthly and quarterly service reviews.
- Analyzing data to provide customer environment insights.
- Managing change control to ensure environment stability.
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Managing customer installed base and service maintenance contracts.
- Establishing collaboration frameworks during escalations.
- Leading business reviews with customer executives.
- Interacting regularly with the customer's operations team.
- Attending customer data centers as needed.
- Managing contract renewals and upselling.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in Enterprise Storage.
- Experience with FlashArray and FlashBlade is a plus.
- Knowledge of Cloud, Cyber-security, and Containerization.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure operation.
- Strong communication, task management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- ITIL or Project Management certification is desired.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles.
- Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
