Supply Chain Compliance Manager

Pure Storage is seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Manager to enhance regulatory maturity across its global supply chain. This role involves developing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to global supply chain regulations. The ideal candidate will translate complex legal requirements into actionable business strategies, ensuring Pure Storage operates with integrity and transparency.What this role involves:

• Developing and overseeing a comprehensive supply chain compliance program.
• Ensuring adherence to global supply chain regulations and industry standards.
• Conducting risk assessments to identify and address compliance and operational risks.
• Providing guidance on supply chain regulatory compliance to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with Legal, ESG, Contract Manufacturers, and Supply Chain teams.
• Establishing control systems to monitor potential risks and liabilities.
• Presenting compliance plans and progress to executive leadership.
• Supporting responsible and ethical sourcing practices.
• Tracking supply chain compliance regulation updates and enforcement trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in building or leading programs related to supply chain due diligence, risk assessment, trade compliance, human rights, environmental compliance, or security.
• Strong knowledge of key supply chain regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for drafting policies and presenting reports.
• Understanding of supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting systems.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
