Sezzle is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join their dynamic team in Latin America. Role Involves:
- Designing software applications and features in Golang, React, and React Native.
- Building out a distributed architecture and creating scalable solutions.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to design market-winning products.
- Developing and collecting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Leading cross-team efforts to bring projects to market.
- Mentoring other engineering teammates.
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Experience bringing new ideas and building consensus.
- Experience with building and serving REST APIs using Go and Java/Python.
- Experience working in a distributed, cloud-based architecture.
- BS in Computer Science or similar degree.
