The Senior Gas Trader will play a central role in expanding models, developing new trading strategies, and managing the portfolio across the curve. This role offers the opportunity to trade both physical and financial products within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Role Involves:

• Executing trades across major EU gas markets.
• Optimising storage, transportation, and capacity portfolios.
• Developing and implementing data-driven trading strategies.
• Conducting market analysis to identify trading opportunities.
• Managing risk and ensuring compliance.
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the gas trading desk.
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance trading performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in European natural gas trading.
• In-depth understanding of gas fundamentals and market dynamics.
• Ability to optimise complex portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative tools and programming (e.g., Python, R, or Excel VBA).
• A robust network within the natural gas industry.
