The Product Operations specialist will collaborate with the customer support team to identify and address product issues, improve user experience, and implement fraud prevention measures. This role involves managing projects, defining requirements, and coordinating with product managers and development teams.

Role Involves:
- Collaborating with customer support to detect product issues.
- Identifying user and merchant challenges.
- Managing projects for smaller improvements.
- Product management of login authentication features.
- Devising and implementing fraud prevention strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in system planning or product management for internet services.
- 1+ years of experience in system development project management.
- 1+ years of experience as a development engineer.
- Ability to translate business plans into user-friendly UI/UX.
- Native-level Japanese language skills (JLPT N1 equivalent).
- English language skills for email and chat communication.
