Job Description

PayPay, a prominent fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for a 新規事業開発・サービス企画 / リーダー候補 role. This role focuses on developing new services for SMB merchants, contributing to PayPay's mission of revolutionizing cashless payments and financial life platforms in Japan.

The マーチャント戦略本部 at PayPay is dedicated to providing services that benefit both users and merchants, including決済, クーポン, and スタンプカード. The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of new business ventures, from conception to service planning, development, and growth.

The position involves a wide range of responsibilities, from initial concept planning and project management to development promotion. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding PayPay's reach and increasing user engagement through innovative merchant-focused services.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and promoting new services and features to address the challenges faced by加盟店 in areas such as 決済, 販促, and 業務支援.
• Conducting market research and formulating new feature concepts.
• Establishing pricing plans and organizing development function requirements.
• Managing projects from the planning stage to completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, launching, or growing a business or service (involving system development).
• Experience in project management, including negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
• KPI management skills in web services.
• Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Proficiency in creating simulations and graphs using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Skills in creating requirement specifications or requirements definition documents.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
