PayPay, a leading fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Global Alliance and Business Development professional. This role is pivotal in expanding PayPay's financial super app by forging strategic partnerships with global industry leaders.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic alliances with global companies to enhance PayPay's financial services. This involves conducting market research, approaching potential partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful project implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and drafting strategic alliances
• Researching, identifying, and approaching target companies
• Negotiating and concluding contracts with potential partner companies
• Promoting and managing alliance projects
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience in planning and promoting alliance strategies with global companies
• Experience in promoting businesses and managing projects
• Communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or higher)
