Job Description

PayPay, a leading fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a Business Development professional to join their Web3 team. This role involves developing and implementing new business schemes within the Web3 space, leveraging synergies with SoftBank and existing PayPay services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about shaping the future of finance and possess a strong understanding of Web3 technologies.

Role involves:

• Developing and promoting new business schemes
• Building business models
• Promoting and leading use case development projects
• Negotiating, coordinating, and managing stakeholders inside and outside the company
• Analyzing market and revenue forecasts
• Planning new businesses from scratch
• Business alliances through business and capital alliances, M&A, etc.
• All other operations related to business promotion

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of business development/operations experience in a business company
• Experience leading projects with various stakeholders inside and outside the company
• Business English proficiency (TOEIC 800+)
• Ability to formulate business models and strategies and create executable plans.
• Excellent communication skills
