The Financial Strategy Division at PayPay aims to create comprehensive financial solutions within the PayPay app, covering various aspects of money management. The team comprises diverse members with experience in financial institutions, trading companies, and overseas ventures, all driven by a shared passion for improving financial services.
This role involves planning and launching new insurance services, developing user-friendly features, and driving the growth of the insurance mini-app. The ideal candidate will contribute to PayPay's mission of becoming a digital insurance platform that offers unparalleled convenience to its users.
Role Involves:
- Planning and launching new insurance services for PayPay.
- Developing features to enhance user convenience.
- Driving service growth for the insurance mini-app.
- Developing new businesses and services in PayPay's insurance business over the medium to long term.
- Planning and executing PayPay insurance growth strategies (new product planning, function and UI/UX improvement, marketing/branding strategy planning).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry (for one position).
- Experience in planning, developing, and launching insurance products (for one position).
- Experience with digital technology in insurance services (for one position).
- 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry (for the other position).
- Experience in digital marketing and online sales strategy planning (for the other position).
- Data analysis skills and a track record of improving user experience (for the other position).
