PayPay, a FinTech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a professional to join their team and drive the adoption of cashless payments and financial life platforms in Japan. This role is within the Communication Headquarters, focusing on maximizing PayPay's business by delivering core values to users through appropriate methods and media.

The team is responsible for planning and organizing promotions using PayPay's in-app promotional channels. The ideal candidate will contribute to business growth by increasing user awareness and engagement with PayPay's services and features.

Responsibilities:

  • Consider owned promotions for various measures and services
  • Creative production direction of owned channels
  • Review and improve landing pages related to distribution design
  • Test design, execution, and verification according to purpose
  • Consider new approaches for owned promotion
  • Maintenance of guidelines, updating flows and rules

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in planning user-oriented (toC) owned promotion for web/app services
  • Experience in directing banners, text ads, and LPs
  • Owned distribution using MA tools
