This role involves working within the Marketing Division, which aims to maximize PayPay's business by delivering its core values to users and merchants through effective strategies and channels.

The Marketing Research team plays a crucial role in understanding user feedback and contributing to swift decision-making processes related to services and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire research process, from understanding the needs of requesting departments to reporting findings.
  • Planning and designing research projects.
  • Creating survey questionnaires.
  • Controlling field operations.
  • Analyzing and reporting data.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of research experience at a marketing research firm.
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting data, preferably in the telecommunications or financial services sectors.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in implementing and operating BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Experience in extracting and processing data using SQL (e.g., BigQuery).
  • Experience in statistical analysis and data analysis using programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+).
