Job Description

This role involves planning and executing personalized One to One marketing strategies to enhance user engagement and promote PayPay's services. The ideal candidate will analyze user behavior, develop targeted campaigns, and optimize marketing efforts to maximize LTV.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing current challenges and formulating hypotheses
- Defining target user segments
- Planning, estimating costs, and executing campaigns to promote usage
- Designing user communication using MA tools
- Extracting target users from the database and setting up campaigns in MA tools
- Designing and visualizing effectiveness verification, and reporting results
- Improving campaigns based on results
Requirements:
- Marketing experience
- Experience in campaign PDCA
- Practical data analysis skills (SQL required)
- Experience in 1to1 marketing
- Experience and success in using marketing automation tools
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (Japanese resume required)
