Responsibilities:
- Driving process improvement and efficiency in marketing operations.
- Managing and optimizing marketing automation tools.
- Managing and optimizing customer databases and segmentation.
- Creating marketing activity reports and KPI analysis.
- Proposing improvements based on the latest industry trends.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or related fields.
- Experience in project management involving multiple departments.
- Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., Repro, KARTE, Pardot).
- Experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Dataiku).
- Experience in selecting and implementing various tools and technologies related to marketing activities.
