PayPay is looking for a dedicated professional to contribute to its ambitious vision of shaping the future beyond imagination. The role involves enhancing Japan's cashless payment and financial life platform with unmatched speed and innovation.

The Sales Support Division at PayPay is crucial for updating services, operations, and sales manuals in a rapidly evolving environment with increasing加盟店. This division consists of about 140 members across six departments, playing a vital role in PayPay's business growth by supporting various aspects of the sales division.

Role Involves:

  • Supporting the sales organization that handles street stores (SMB) among PayPay's member stores, and planning and implementing measures for member stores in street stores.
  • Standardizing negotiation materials.
  • Visualizing sales progress.
  • Various adjustments with the service planning department.
  • Building sales cooperation flows with group companies.
  • Negotiating rates with partner companies.
  • Operation of conference bodies.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a small-scale project leader.
  • Experience in planning and proposing various projects (measures, business flow improvement, legal adjustments, etc.) / coordination between departments.
  • Skills in creating negotiation materials and internal sales reports using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Logical thinking ability / coordination between departments.
  • Information gathering ability (ability to collect and organize information widely from both inside and outside the company).
  • Ability to communicate well with people of all ages and experience levels.
