PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users in approximately 6 years since its launch in 2018, is composed of a diverse team from about 50 countries and regions. They are looking for a Enterprise Sales Support (Sales Strategy and Planning Promotion) to join their team.

The role involves supporting the sales organization, which requires continuous updates to service specifications, operations, and sales manuals. This position requires frequent interaction with sales staff and internal departments, offering a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the enterprise sales organization, including training and remote meetings.
  • Project promotion, sales material creation, and sales progress management.
  • Designing application processes for new services and improving operational efficiency.
  • Collecting requirements for AI-driven projects and evaluating feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project leadership and promotion.
  • Strong numerical analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
  • Strong logical thinking and coordination abilities.
  • Information gathering skills.
