Job Description

PayPay, a leading fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Digital Sales Department. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to acquire new QR payment merchants and promote services like PayPay coupons and multi-payment terminals.

The Digital Sales Department is responsible for driving new merchant acquisition and upselling/cross-selling existing services. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Campaign management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, etc.)
  • Planning and executing A/B tests and analyzing results
  • Data extraction (SQL), performance report creation, and KPI monitoring
  • Collaboration with marketing, systems, and other departments
  • Sharing technical knowledge and providing training
  • Monitoring market trends in multi-payment and promotional markets

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Google Sheets)
  • Basic HTML coding skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
