Job Description
PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users in approximately 6 years since its service launch in 2018, is composed of diverse members from about 50 countries and regions. PayPay is looking for a Point Solution Sales/Support member to promote cashless payments and financial life platforms in Japan.
The role involves maximizing the synergy within the SoftBank Group, focusing on PayPay points to revitalize the economic zone. The Point Solution Sales/Support member will engage in sales activities to expand PayPay points, while also being involved in service content revisions and operational construction of proposed services.
Role involves:
- Proposing sales promotion measures using PayPay points to major companies.
- Supporting the sales team by creating materials, verifying the effectiveness of measures, and building sales activity flows.
- Planning and promoting point measures, and improving operations.
- Conducting effect verification and reporting after implementing measures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of corporate sales experience.
- Experience in proposal-based sales.
- A proactive attitude in fulfilling missions.
- Communication skills with clients and diverse, multinational teams within the company.
