The Partner Sales Department collaborates with partner companies to acquire new merchants and increase PayPay transaction volume. They also facilitate communication between internal departments and partners, ensuring smooth operation of PayPay's payment infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategies to expand the number of online stores using PayPay and maximize transaction volume.
- Analyze partner performance and propose solutions based on EC knowledge.
- Manage partner inquiries and requests for operational improvements.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement new initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in corporate sales or agency sales.
- Experience in solution sales, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, functions) and PowerPoint (1+ years).
- Experience in project planning and execution.
- Business level English is a plus.
- Experience with payment-related services (especially in the EC domain) is a plus.
