Responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing merchant and partner master data, including addressing challenges related to new services and creating system requirements.
• Building and improving operational management and planning for efficiency.
• Supporting and promoting projects and services in collaboration with group companies.
• Overseeing governance functions related to merchant and partner master data.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks such as data verification during incidents.

Requirements:

• Project management experience with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in creating operational frameworks and system development requirements.
• Experience in data management, extraction, and analysis using relevant tools.
• Proficiency in documentation and presentation using Excel and PowerPoint.
